Renae is exceptional, outstanding, and intelligent about her passion as an agent and follows up with the client about concerns or questions. Initially she went with us to provide input to the design, what items to choose or are trending at the time. That was very helpful since we are from the SE section of the country and in our 70’s. Had not bought a home in 23 years. Our retirement (dream home) was fulfilled greatly with the subdivision and Hill Country area. She told us of the many amenities, entertainment, restaurants to visit, activities available during the year- ie. the Rodeo in February, the small villages nearby with certain events. She went above and beyond for us, especially providing texts, uploading pics as the house had progressed. If problems would arise, she would seek out a building manager as to why, what, & when this situation would be resolved. She would inform us always. Poor communication and feedback from the builders. 1400 miles is quite a distance to seek information. But Renae followed through weekly and kept us updated. Excellent job.
